Removal of all debris, waste concrete (which has gone back to our yard to be recycled), stump removal and creating a burn pile. Vegetation stripped to provide an area for a relocatable house, with an access track made from run-of-pit metal.

Trenching and Access for Fan Drains

Digging of a sewer line on a 1:2 slope. An access track was first created to keep the digger on the correct slope before excavating a trench for the sewer line.

Post filling of the sewer trench, platforms were created to allow drilling of dewatering drains in the side of the hill.

Larger Scale Crushing

Processing and subsequent crushing of waste leftover concrete.

Stripping of vegetation/topsoil and filling with clay as removed from the top of the property.

Pool Base Fill

MT EDEN

Base fill of a new pool for Precision Pools with our recycled GAP65 aggregate.  The site was narrow, with tight access for trucks, meaning we had to ferry the metal in with our track loader.  The pool base used approx 120t of recycled aggregate.

Onsite Concrete Crushing

Penrose

Onsite crushing of around 400 tons of concrete.  Concrete had to be sized with a breaker and then crushed to produce a GAP65 equivalent.

Horse Arena Creation

Levelling an area for a horse arena:

• Spreading excess clay to tip the arena allowing water to drain away.
• Double screening topsoil through our mobile screen to remove any rocks, down to 10mm
• Creating quad bike access track to enable easier access to lower part of site

Full site cleanup after drainage and building works, including:

• Bunding excess material for spreading once dry
• Stockpiling of fill material to allow for backfill once final building works are complete
• Final trim of site

Topsoiling and final batter trimming will be done in early summer.
